Based in Stewartsville, NJ, KDP Developers mis a family owned and operated excavating and site development business.

KDP Developers was started in 1999 by brothers, David and Kevin Perna. Construction runs in their family. They are the third generation of contractors in the Perna family, and are known by the quality of their workmanship.

Over the last 6 1/2 years KDP Developers has completed many public, commercial, private and residential jobs.

All work by KDP Developers is completed to the highest standards with attention to detail. Each job has an experienced job manager on site throughout the entire construction process.
